We here at 4reelaudio.com are well aware of how difficult it is to obtain shipping supplies. While you can buy bubble wrap nearly anywhere, it is almost impossible to purchase a shipping carton that is durable enough unless you buy a quantity of them.

A 'moving' box that you buy at U-Haul or Walmart is not adequate. Your shipping carton must be double-wall minimum. Even machines packed by those so-called professional packing services have arrived damaged.

In order to assure your tape deck arrives safely, we have the necessary packing and shipping supplies.

To date, 100% of units that we received damaged were so because of inadequate shipping cartons.

Now the good news: To date, 100% of units shipped and received using our cartons have arrived safely to their destination.

We have never had a damage claim using the materials and packing method we have.

More reasons to purchase a carton:

1. If you're deck is lucky enough to survive a trip to us in a flimsy carton, we will not use it to return your unit, so you'd have to pay for a new carton anyway.

2. We'll reuse the carton you purchase for the return trip, you will not be charged twice for packing supplies.

3. In the unlikely event your unit is damaged in transit, it would be nearly impossible for the shipping company to blame inadequate packing.

The cost of the carton and packing is only $15 + shipping. We will use the carrier of your choice. You will have to call at 815-363-3160 to purchase the carton and packing so we can make sure you get the correct size. We can also determine your shipping cost at that time based on who you want to use to ship.

It'a a no-brainer folks. You love your machine otherwise you would be selling it on eBay rather than having it serviced! The $20-$30 extra insurance has proven well worth it for many customers.
